Tuesday’s Ten: 10 Bucket List Adventures Checked Off and 10 Still to Come

Remember the 2007 movie “The Bucket List” starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman? The film seemed to get us all thinking about our own dreams and ambitions for what we hoped to do before kicking the bucket. Mine is relatively short and still a work in progress. Others approach it differently and aim to come up with as many as 100 items upfront.

If you are having trouble coming up with some you can do a Google search and loads of sites will come up with up to 100 ideas and suggestions. However, to me, these lists should stem from a personal desire. Something that you think of spontaneously or maybe have dreamed of since childhood.

Adrenaline junkies’ will be full of things like skydiving, jumping off a cliff, or swimming with the sharks. Others focus on faraway places. But the thing about these lists is they can also be as simple as helping a stranger or trying a new restaurant.

Your bucket list should reflect your personal interests and aspirations, so feel free to customize it to make it meaningful to you. The key is to set goals that inspire you to live life to the fullest and create lasting memories.
